How much does shipping cost?
All UK orders have free shipping. Shipping for international orders is calculated on an individual basis, depending on the country, size and weight of the parcel. We ship all our products with a carbon neutral shipping option which can make things slightly more expensive, but we are working on ways to reduce the shipping costs!
We have included a table here, to give a rough idea of the shipping costs per country:

How will my order be shipped?
We use different couriers depending on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order. We do this to provide the most efficient service possible. We only use carbon neutral shipping options.
How do you ensure sustainable shipping?
All items are shipped with carbon-neutral shipping by the quickest shipping method available. Every order is packaged with recycled, recyclable and eco-friendly packaging to keep it as environmentally friendly and we offset our business’s complete carbon footprint.
When will I get my order?
Shipping times are between 1-3 days for UK orders. We estimate that international delivery items will arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of order. Receipt of goods can sometimes be subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent out, we’ll send you an email to confirm this. If we are using a tracked service, we’ll also provide you with a link in this email, so you can see your parcel’s progress.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have made a mistake with your delivery details, contact us immediately and we will try to amend them. If the order has already left our office the delivery address cannot be changed. In this instance, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned. Postage will be payable for the order to be sent out again.
Do I need to pay customs on international orders?
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we have no control over these charges, and we cannot tell you what the cost would be. You can contact your local customs office for current charges before you place an order to check these fees. We reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred on any parcels returned to us if customs charges are higher than expected.
What happens if my parcel gets lost?
Don’t worry! Our shipments are fully insured and we’re always happy to make a claim on your behalf if a package is lost. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant shipping company in their terms.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
Mistakes can happen and we always do our best to fix them and correct any issues. If you’ve noticed an error with your order, please contact us at hello@daughtersofgaea.com, stating your order number clearly, and we’ll look into it.
What happens if my item is faulty or damaged?
Please get in touch with us and send photos to hello@daughtersofgaea.com and we will look into this and try to make things right!
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change an order once it has been placed. If you would like to purchase additional items, you will need to start a new order.
