We only work with female-led artisan groups that have a positive social impact. We also strive to be a carbon-neutral brand and offset our carbon footprint with the aim to one day becoming a carbon negative brand. We only work with natural or organic materials and low impact dyes and ship in eco-friendly shipping in recycled and recyclable materials, which we are fully transparent on. What happens once I’ve bought a gift voucher?
We’ll send confirmation to your email address once you’ve placed your order. The recipient of the voucher (you or a friend) will receive an email with the voucher code, value and your message.
What are your delivery times?
Shipping times are between 1-3 days for UK orders. We estimate that international delivery items will arrive within 7-10 business days from receipt of order, although sometimes receipt of goods can sometimes be subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control which could cause delays. For orders placed on Friday we aim to ship on the following Monday.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free for UK orders! But unfortunately we have to charge for international deliveries and this will be calculated at checkout depending on the size and weight of the product and the location. For a full breakdown of shipping costs, please see our shipping policy here.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide, always using a carbon neutral shipping option.
What carriers do you use for shipping?
We use a variety of carbon neutral services for UK and International orders which are based upon the most economical value for the weight and size of the parcel and the destination.
If an item cannot be delivered it will be returned to us and a delivery return fee may be charged.
In rare cases where we encounter a stock error, an item may not be available. We will notify you and an alternative delivery date will be offered.
How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel it, stop it or delay the delivery, nor change the delivery address. However you can return it to us after you receive it. See our returns policy here. If you would like to cancel your order before dispatch, we will try to arrange this through our warehouse, but cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Mistakes can happen and we always do our best to fix them and correct any issues. If you’ve noticed an error with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number clearly, and we’ll look into it and try to find a resolution as soon as possible.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
Every item that has been sent out has been quality checked, but we do expect some variation in the product finishes due to the nature of each item being handmade, so please do not expect every product to be flawless! We think that is the beauty and uniqueness of having artisanal products made by hand! However, if there is an issue with your items, please get in touch with us at email@example.com with photos and we will do our best to make it right!
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for orders via our website, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How do I care for my product?
Please find the full details of how to care for your items here. To clean your items, please use an eco-friendly dry cleaner to care for your item or the dyes may fade. Alternatively you can hand wash your items very carefully with cold water without using any harsh chemical soaps and let them dry in the shade.
WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
If an item is out of stock, please sign up for the wishlist by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and letting us know which item you would like to be notified about. We are working with small artisan groups who make all our pieces by hand and some delays are expected within our supply chain due to covid, but we will try to keep all items in stock or restock all items within 8-10 weeks.
CAN I BUY A CUSHION WITHOUT THE FILLER?
Unfortunately, we do not sell our cushion covers without the fillers. That’s because we want our customers to have the highest quality cushion. And our ethically sourced homeware promise means we only use 100% eco-friendly British wool fillers.
How do I return my items?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please check your junk or spam mail for this in case it does not come through. We would also ask if you could reply to this and email us back with the reason for your return and if the item is faulty, please provide photos of the issue. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pre-paid return labels being a very small start-up brand. We hope that you understand!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see what we can do to help facilitate the process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
